Launch Next-Gen Firm Focused on Building Support for Candidates, Causes and Brands
NEW YORK, NY - Assemble launches with an eye toward helping Democrats win in 2018. The new firm is the brainchild of Assemble co-founders Mark Skidmore, a founding partner of Bully Pulpit Interactive; Chris Falls, former Managing Director at POLITICO; and Eve Samborn McCool, former VP at Revolution Message & Media and Digital Director to Sen. Tammy Duckworth.
Assemble helps candidates and organizations build support by developing and deploying interactive content that engages people and motivates them to act. “There is a great need by organizations who are looking to make sense of all of the data, targeting, content and platforms available to them in this highly-fragmented media environment,” said Assemble co-founder & CEO, Mark Skidmore. “We help our clients understand what is working so that they can make timely and strategic decisions about their communications programs.”
“It’s an exciting time to build a start-up in politics. First-time candidates and local public affairs campaigns are looking for more efficient ways of organizing, utilizing data and buying media agnostic of channel,” said Chris Falls, co-founder & Head of Integrated Media.
“In today’s ever-changing media landscape, it’s imperative that campaigns deploy in minutes or hours, not days or weeks. Only the top races are typically able to access the talent required to do this. We want to invert the model and offer it to all of our clients,” says co-founder & Chief Strategist Eve Samborn McCool.
The firm is already working on several national brand campaigns as well as a number of contested races and local issue campaigns in North Carolina, Ohio, New York, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, California, and Massachusetts.
“We have seen a tremendous amount of receptivity to our model. It is clear organizations are looking for senior level counsel backed by deep knowledge of platforms and execution,” said Skidmore.
Core services include: Community engagement and management; interactive content creation; fundraising and supporter mobilization; integrated media planning, buying and measurement.
Assemble is hiring for open positions in New York and Washington D.C.
